Registered Home Manager

This role requires a visible, commercially astute and inspirational leader who can provide clear direction, drive performance, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. As the Registered Home Manager, you will be accountable for the overall leadership of the home, creating a positive culture where residents thrive, colleagues feel valued, and regulatory standards are consistently exceeded.

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable,

• Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
• Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
• Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
• Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
• Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
• Experience with delivery of high end care provision management
• Above all, a compassionate, forwardâ€'thinking approach to care, An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust. This will be in addition to a mandatory Enhanced DBS check.
