Full Job Description
The home provides nursing care for older adults, including those living with dementia, with a strong record of meeting standards and a positive CQC rating. As Nursing Home Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the home, including staffing, quality and compliance, and financial oversight. The role requires a registered nurse with a clear track record of leadership and stability.,
- Lead and manage the home's daily operations, ensuring quality care and compliance
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance to meet regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets and financial performance, including forecasting and reporting
- Maintain strong governance, including CQC readiness and action plans
- Work with families, healthcare professionals, and external partners
- Promote safe, person-centred care for older adults and residents with dementia
This role is not suitable for candidates without a minimum of three years' experience as a Registered Home Manager. - Applicants must be a registered nurse (NMC) with current registration.
- Experience of CQC inspections, regulatory compliance, and managing budgets is essential., Registered Nurse (NMC) with current registration or Level 5 Health and Social Care
- Minimum three years' experience as a Registered Home Manager
- Experience in dementia care and older adults nursing
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
- Budget management experience and financial oversight skills
Salary: Up to £78,000 + Bonus scheme - Hours: Full-time, permanent
