Registered General Nurse (RGN) - Agency

We are seeking Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to provide high-quality care across a range of healthcare settings in Shropshire. This is a flexible agency role offering varied clinical exposure and control over your working schedule.,

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care
• Assess and monitor patient conditions
• Develop and implement care plans
• Administer medication in line with NMC standards
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Work within multidisciplinary teams
• Follow safeguarding procedures
• Support patients and families
  
  Valid NMC registration as an RGN
• Minimum 6-12 months UK nursing experience
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Up-to-date training certificates
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to adapt across settings, Experience in hospitals, care homes, or community settings
• Wound care and medication management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Understanding of infection control and safeguarding
