What you'll do:
- Deliver high-quality clinical care in line with NMC standards
- Lead and support care teams to ensure safe, effective practice
- Administer medication, complete clinical observations, and maintain accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes
- Uphold dignity, respect, and choice in every interaction

Valid NMC registration (RGN)
- Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills
- A caring, reliable, and professional approach
- Over 1 year paid nursing experience in residential, nursing, or community settings
