Join our nationally recognised cancer centre and play a pivotal role in shaping advanced radiotherapy services that make a real difference to patient care.Why This Role?o Impactful Work: You'll provide senior scientific support across Treatment Planning, Brachytherapy, and Dosimetry--helping deliver safe, cutting-edge treatments.o Innovation & Research: Be at the forefront of clinical development, lead research projects, and publish your findings internationally.o Leadership & Growth: Mentor junior colleagues, influence service development, and contribute to national audits and trials.o Flexibility: Work across Guildford and Redhill sites with a dynamic schedule that supports clinical needs.

What We're Looking Foro HCPC-registered Clinical Scientisto MSc in Medical Physicso Knowledge and experience in radiotherapy physics (planning, dosimetry, brachytherapy).o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.o Passion for continuous improvement and teaching.
