Full Job Description

Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service
Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance
Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating
Strategic planning and business development
Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility
Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems
Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management
Representing the company with external stakeholders
Developing and implementing policies and procedures

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to be the CQC Registered Manager for our domiciliary care service. This senior leadership role carries regulatory responsibility and requires someone with proven experience of achieving and maintaining high CQC ratings., Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
In-depth knowledge of Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations and best practice
Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience
Excellent leadership and change management skills
Ability to build effective external relationships
