We're now looking for a dynamic, people-focused Registered Care Manager to take the lead, inspire the team, and drive continued growth. - Hold CQC registration and ensure the highest standards of compliance and safety
- Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Drive business growth - spotting opportunities, building local networks, and recruiting great people
- Take full responsibility for meeting KPIs, managing budgets, and achieving commercial success
- Build trusted relationships with customers, families, regulators, and local stakeholders
- Champion continuous improvement and encourage new ideas to help the branch thrive You'll have the freedom to run the branch like it's your own business - with the support of our Head of Operations, Area Care Manager, and National Quality Team. What we're looking for
- Leadership experience in a CQC-regulated service (health or social care)
- Strong understanding of compliance and safeguarding responsibilities
- Experience delivering results and working to KPIs
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and perform under pressure
- A growth mindset and a passion for customer-focused service
