Full Job Description
As Registered Care Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You'll be supported by a committed leadership team and office staff, allowing you to focus on leading your team and delivering excellent care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, managing, and developing a team of care professionals
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high-quality standards
- Overseeing safe recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families
- Managing care delivery to ensure it is person-centred and responsive
- Supporting business growth in a sustainable and quality-led way
We're looking for a confident, people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic environment., Experience in a leadership role within domiciliary care (e.g. Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator) - Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- Experience in team leadership, recruitment, and staff development
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is currently required for this role.
