Full Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a Care Manager with strong leadership and CQC knowledge to lead a dispersed team delivering person-centred domiciliary care that enables residents to live independently and safely in their own homes., As a Registered Care Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services across multiple McCarthy and Stone developments. You will lead a team of Field Care Supervisors and Mobile Care Assistants, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and personalised care.,
- Leading and supporting a mobile care team across multiple developments
- Delivering person-centred care planning to promote independence and wellbeing
- Maintaining full CQC compliance and regulatory standards
- Managing care assessments, risk assessments, and care reviews
- Overseeing recruitment, training, and staff development
- Monitoring care quality, safeguarding, and service standards
- Supporting the growth and development of domiciliary care services
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and local communities
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Experience as a Registered Care Manager / Domiciliary Care Manager Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance Experience managing care teams and service performance Background in care assessments, care planning, and safeguarding Full UK driving licence, You will be a confident Registered Care Manager or experienced Care Manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality domiciliary care. You will bring: - Proven care management experience
