Registered Home Manager Contract: Full Time - Perm Hour: 37 hours per week Pay: £68,529 per annum Location: Tye Green Village, Harlow, Essex, CM18 6QY Quantum Care is a no-for-profit organisation supporting over 2,000 older people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager with local knowledge to lead our 'Good' rated Care Home Tye Green Lodge in Harlow. Nestled in the heart of Harlow, Tye Green Lodge combines high-quality care with modern, comfortable living. This 61 bed purpose-built home features spacious en-suite accommodation, elegant communal areas, and beautifully maintained gardens. Residents benefit from personalised care, engaging activities, and a supportive community designed to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life. As Registered Home Manager, you will be the driving force behind Tye Green Lodge - maintaining its Quality and care, with residents and staff at the heart of its purpose. What You'll Bring and Key Responsibilities
- Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
- Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
- Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
- Experience with delivery of high end care provision management
