Registered Care Home Manager

Home Manager, you'll be the driving force behind Elm View- guiding your team to deliver exceptional care, building meaningful relationships with residents and families, and ensuring the home thrives as both a caring community and a successful business.

• Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
• Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
• Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
• Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
• Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
• Experience with delivery of high end luxury styled care provision management
• Above all, a compassionate, forwardâ€'thinking approach to care, An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust. This will be in addition to a mandatory Enhanced DBS check.
