  • Maintain and strengthen the home's Good CQC rating through excellent compliance and quality governance.
  • Inspire and develop your team to deliver warm, person-centred, high-standard care.
  • Build trusted relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.
  • Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure a safe, homely, and welcoming environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold best practice across the home.

  • Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience as a Registered Home Manager in an older adults residential setting.
  • Proven strong track record with the CQC.
