Registered Building Inspector

A leading Registered Building Control Approver (RBCA) is seeking to appoint a Registered Building Inspector to join its growing team covering Birmingham and the surrounding areas., As a Registered Building Inspector, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of projects, providing Building Control advice, undertaking site inspections, and ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations and associated legislation. You will work closely with developers, architects, contractors and homeowners, offering practical solutions whilst maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Undertake site inspections across a diverse range of projects.
• Carry out plan assessments and provide technical advice where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and relevant legislation.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
  
  Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A or above).
• Good knowledge of current Building Regulations and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Full UK driving licence.
