Registered Area Manager - Support Living Services

The role of an Registered Area Manager Supported Living is to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple services, ensuring people receive safe, high-quality, person-centred support while services remain compliant, financially sustainable, and well-led., We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Area Manager Supported Living to lead specialist Learning Disability services, primarily supporting adults with Autism, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities., his role will be overseeing Supported Living Managers who manage the day to day running of services within Isabella's Homes.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC standards.
• Monitor and improve service quality through regular audits and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and achieve business objectives.
• Foster positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for growth and development within the region.
• Provide training, mentoring, and development opportunities for staff.
• Provide visible, hands-on leadership during incidents and periods of heightened behaviour, supporting staff to respond safely and effectively.
• Coach and develop teams in positive behaviour support approaches, ensuring consistency and confidence in practice.
• Promote a calm, reflective culture where staff feel supported to manage emotionally demanding situations.
  
  Isabellas Homes is a supported living accommodation catering to individuals who require support, may have had a mental health diagnosis, learning disabilities, special educational needs (SENs), and clients who may have been previously detained under the Mental Health Act/S117.
