Full Job Description

AXA UK seeks a Regional Underwriting Manager to drive underwriting leadership and the strategic direction across regional branches, including senior leadership teams. You'll partner with brokers and clients at Director/CEO level to grow complex deals while maintaining financial targets.

You'll shape the underwriting structure, culture, and capabilities and lead tenders, governance, and risk management with a focus on growth opportunities and high performance. Flexible hybrid arrangements apply.
