Full Job Description
- Monitor the progress of regional inductions and basic training, liaising with colleagues and line managers to ensure completion in line with national deadlines
- Reliably support line managers and colleagues to rectify problems or issues with training in a timely and professional manner
- Analyse Talent KPIs, identify trends and proactively liaise with key stakeholders to improve regional results
- Conduct store/department visits, together with or on behalf of the RTM to provide support, obtain feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our colleague training experience
- Collaborate to help plan and manage local media campaigns
Enthusiasm for facilitating high quality training and development to all colleagues - Flexible communication skills with the ability to influence a range of regional colleagues
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
- The confidence and skill to present pre-defined material to a group of colleagues
- A strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
