Full Job Description

  • Monitor the progress of regional inductions and basic training, liaising with colleagues and line managers to ensure completion in line with national deadlines
  • Reliably support line managers and colleagues to rectify problems or issues with training in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyse Talent KPIs, identify trends and proactively liaise with key stakeholders to improve regional results
  • Conduct store/department visits, together with or on behalf of the RTM to provide support, obtain feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our colleague training experience
  • Collaborate to help plan and manage local media campaigns

    Enthusiasm for facilitating high quality training and development to all colleagues
  • Flexible communication skills with the ability to influence a range of regional colleagues
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
  • The confidence and skill to present pre-defined material to a group of colleagues
  • A strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

    £32,000 - £40,000 per annum | 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata) | Enhanced family leave | 10% in-store discount
