Regional Systems Analyst

Berkshire, United KingdomJob Description:Position SummaryThe Regional Systems Analyst will support the day-to-day operations, stabilization, and continuous improvement of Anaplan-based planning models. The role will act as a key liaison between business users, process owners, and technical support teams to ensure planning activities are executed successfully and system issues are resolved in a timely manner.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary Business Product Owner support analyst for Anaplan models.Provide operational support during monthly planning cycles, forecast updates, and business reviews.Perform data validation, root cause analysis, and issue triage for planning and reporting discrepancies.Coordinate with technical support teams to investigate and resolve system defects and enhancement requests.Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing activities.Monitor model performance and

identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.Develop planning knowledge articles, training materials, and user guidance documentation.Participate in governance forums and support prioritization of enhancement requests.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.2-3 years of experience in planning, analytics, finance systems, or supply chain systems.Experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work across business and technical teams.Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.Working Model & Travel RequirementsThis assignment follows a hybrid working model.Participants are expected to work from the office at
