Regional Support Manager (Clinical) - Cambridgeshire and Norfolk Region

Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they achieve performance targets and operate with excellence.Your responsibilities will include:Providing focus and support in key homes to maintain compliance, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding serviceStanding in for General Managers during periods of absence, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong leadership within the homeIdentifying challenges and recommending effective solutions in partnership with the Regional DirectorInterpreting quality and performance data and advising on actions to drive continuous improvement
