- Provide confident leadership to branches requiring short-term management support.
- Build high-performing, values-led teams where colleagues feel supported and empowered.
- Ensure customers receive safe, personalised, high-quality care across domiciliary, respite and Live-in services.
- Maintain full regulatory compliance and champion a culture of continuous quality improvement.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, families, healthcare professionals, local authorities and community partners.
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Quality, People, Finance and Marketing teams to deliver excellent outcomes.
- Monitor branch performance, budgets and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and growth.
- Share best practice across the region and support the wider operational leadership team.
A passion for delivering exceptional care and leading people. - Previous Management experience within a care setting or regulated industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams.

- A clear understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Confidence using systems and data to support effective decision-making.
