Full Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate site services activities, including testing schedules and resource planning.
  • Ensure operational delivery is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with contractual requirements.
  • Determine labour, equipment, and material requirements to meet project and client demands.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and contract timescales to ensure timely delivery.
  • Establish, monitor, and maintain quality standards across all site services and testing activities.
  • Oversee testing processes and implement robust quality assurance and quality control programmes.
  • Support recruitment and selection activities to ensure operational teams possess the required skills and competencies.
  • Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a key liaison between departments, including Quality, Health & Safety, Operations, Suppliers, Managers, and Directors.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement company policies, objectives, and strategic goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, motivate, and support operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
  • Identify training and competency requirements, conducting or coordinating assessments and development programmes as necessary.
  • Ensure all training, competency, and compliance documentation is completed and maintained in accordance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor operational risks and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality and compliance.
