Key Responsibilities Lead regional operations across multiple contracts Ensure safe, effective, and consistent service delivery Monitor KPIs, contract delivery, and service outputs Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning Ensure compliance with NHS, CQC, and governance standards Build strong relationships with GP Practices, PCNs, ICBs, and NHS partners Identify opportunities for service improvement and growth, About the Role This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical and operational services across 2030 primary care contracts within your region. You will act as the link between strategy and frontline delivery, ensuring services are safe, effective, and high-performing, while supporting teams and strengthening relationships with GP Practices, PCNs, and NHS partners.
