Equans is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Digital business, based from our office in Leeds with the objective to support sites across the North East and part of the Midlands. At Equans Digital, we aren't just upgrading Building Management Systems; we're collaborating with the UK's commercial and public sectors to build a 'Smart Enabled' future. Supported by an ambitious 5-year growth strategy and projects ranging up to £1.5m, we are looking for a team to help us grow sustainably.


Role overview

Key activities



  • Day to Day Management of BMS Service Engineers and Service Partners (approx. 15-20 persons)

  • Excellent commercial acumen, understanding of KPIs & strong history of successfully delivery contracts

  • Management of statutory, legal, safety and contract compliance standards

  • Traveling to all sites in the portfolio to undertake service reviews, safety visits and meet teams

  • Compliance with financial processes and meeting budget targets
