Responsible for warehouse operations, washroom service delivery and consumables distribution, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.This is a high-profile leadership position where you will work across multiple functions to improve productivity, strengthen operational capability and create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and customer focus.Role Specification - The Regional Operations Director role at MayflowerLead and develop a geographically dispersed operational leadership team across
multiple sites.Translate business strategy into effective regional operational plans and drive delivery against key objectives.Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant performance, while improving productivity, stock accuracy and resource utilisation.Lead the delivery of washroom services, driving service quality, route efficiency, customer retention and operational performance.Ensure consumables are distributed accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed service levels.Take ownership of regional operational budgets, cost control, productivity targets and overall financial performance.Use operational data and KPIs to identify trends, mitigate risks and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.Partner with Commercial, Finance, HR, Fleet and Supply Chain teams to support customer growth and operational excellence.Champion a positive health, safety and compliance culture across all operations.Lead, coach and develop managers, building a high-performing and

engaged leadership team.The ideal candidate for our Regional Operations Director at MayflowerWe're looking for a visible, commercially minded operational leader who can inspire teams and deliver results.EssentialSignificant senior operational leadership experience within a multi-site environment.Experience leading managers and operational teams across a geographically dispersed region.Strong knowledge of warehouse, logistics, distribution and/or field service operations.Proven track record of improving operational productivity, efficiency and service performance.Strong commercial and financial acumen, including management of substantial operational budgets.Experience using KPIs and operational data to drive performance and decision making.Exceptional people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.Experience leading operational change and continuous improvement programmes.Strong customer focus with an understanding of how operational performance drives
