We proudly employ over 4000+ people - no matter what your experience, we have jobs for everyone.We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist with a strong background in neurological rehabilitation to join our specialist services across two well-established sites in South East London.This dual-site role offers the opportunity to work as part of a highly specialist inter-disciplinary team within our established and regionally renowned inpatient service at Blackheath Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre, whilst also supporting patients along their rehabilitation pathway into slow stream, post-acute rehabilitation at Chislehurst Neurological Rehabilitation Centre.Through this integrated, transitional approach, the post-holder will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across different phases of recovery, demonstrating versatility and a commitment to delivering holistic, person-centred care within specialist neurological rehabilitation services. Role Summary: In this cross-site position, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. You'll manage a varied and complex caseload, contributing to assessment, intervention planning, and rehabilitation pathways across both services.You will also have the opportunity to:Support and supervise junior team members and therapy assistantsContribute to service development and quality improvement initiativesWork collaboratively with wider MDT colleagues to drive positive outcomesMaintain strong clinical governance and professional standards About you: We're looking for someone who is: A qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with the Health and Care Professions CouncilExperienced in neurological rehabilitation, with confidence managing complex casesComfortable working autonomously and across multiple sitesPassionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred careExperienced in supervision, mentoring, or supporting less experienced staffMotivated to contribute to service development and continuous improvement We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
