Full Job Description
Northern Healthcare is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead and support mental health supported living services across Greater Manchester and Preston. You will provide hands-on operational leadership, drive service improvements and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
You'll work with Service Managers and teams, coach leaders, manage regulatory compliance with CQC, and travel across the region. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and a full UK driving licence
