Full Job Description
As Regional Marketing Director, you will lead the regional marketing agenda to accelerate brand performance, portfolio relevance, and sustainable growth. Acting as a strategic connector between global category teams, central functions, and local markets, you will translate ambition into execution. Ownership of the end-to-end regional market performance, ensuring that brand strategy, innovation pipelines, and product assortments are relevant, competitive, and commercially effective. This is a senior leadership role with high visibility, influence, and impact across the region.,
- Regional Strategy & Brand Leadership: Shape and lead regional brand and category strategies that drive growth, penetration, and brand equity across markets.
- Strategy Translation & Execution: Convert global brand, product, and innovation strategies into clear regional priorities and actionable plans.
- Market Performance Ownership: Own regional performance across KPIs such as brand health, market share, pricing, and competitive position.
- Commercial Partnership: Collaborate closely with Sales and Commercial teams to define customer, channel, and activation strategies that influence purchase decisions.
- Innovation & Portfolio Management: Lead regional oversight of the innovation pipeline, portfolio priorities, and go-to-market readiness.
- Creative & Media Excellence: Guide regional adaptation of creative assets and partner with Media teams to optimize media investment and effectiveness.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing team while driving best-practice sharing across markets.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. - Extensive senior-level marketing experience within FMCG, consumer health, or similar industries, with proven multi-market responsibility, strong knowledge and network in the UK market.
- Strong expertise in brand management, regional marketing strategy, innovation commercialization, and portfolio optimization.
- Proven experience managing multi market portfolios and navigating different market maturities with a solid track record in innovation commercialization, portfolio management, and assortment strategy.
- Background from working in international matrix organizations with the ability to network and coordinate.
- A collaborative and influential leader with a strategic mindset and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that deliver business results.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
