Full Job Description
Due to a sustained period of growth, we are seeking to recruit a Regional Manager who will be the key lead, ensuring critical success of their region, in terms of profitability, commercial success and customer retention. Key deliverables:
- Manage and maintain Net Promoter Scores for the region
- Responsible for the regional & individual client profitability including contract reviews and price changes
- Provide outstanding client relationship management & retention
- Team management of a small team along with indirect team members (10-15 technicians) optimising team performance and meet agreed KPIs
- Resolution management including escalation where appropriate including hyper-care plans, The role is offered on a permanent basis. The majority of your time will be spent providing services to our blue-chip clients. The region you will be managing covers clients in the North London, Cambridge, Norwich, East Coast and Peterborough areas. There will also be some days spent working collaboratively with other functions, out of our beautiful HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), enjoying a rural location, where lunch is provided onsite daily and ample parking.
Proven experience of managing a team (direct and indirect) - onsite and remote - Excellent client engagement and communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to assess and make decisions based on business priorities and customer expectations
- Able to work under pressure to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Significant experience with client relationship management including complaint escalation and resolution
- Experience of managing P&L budget
- Experience and knowledge of interior horticulture desirable
