About Us
Snappy Shopper is the UK's fastest-growing quick commerce (Q-commerce) platform powering rapid grocery delivery from local convenience stores. We enable independent retailers and major partners, including SPAR, Nisa, Premier, Co-op and others, to digitally transform their business by offering same-day and rapid delivery of food, drink and everyday essentials within as little as 30-60 minutes. Customers on our platform typically spend significantly more online than in-store, helping retailers grow revenue and deepen community engagement.
We're more than a delivery app; we're a technology partner for local high streets, providing tools for digital sales, marketing solutions and integrations that help retailers compete with larger online players. At Snappy Shopper, we're committed to innovation, retail empowerment and community impact, helping stores thrive digitally, offering exceptional local convenience to customers, and shaping the future of on-demand retail in the UK.
Location
This is a fully remote, field-based role, with regular travel across your region to meet retailers. You'll also have occasional opportunities to connect with the wider Snappy team in person at our Dundee or Edinburgh offices.
About the team
The Regional Growth team drives partner acquisition, activation, and commercial performance across our retail network. You will work closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to onboard new partners, optimize trading performance, and scale regional revenue. The team is collaborative, data-informed, and focused on rapid impact, while empowering individuals to apply insights from local markets to drive growth.
About the role
The Regional Growth Manager - East of England will be responsible for developing deep market knowledge, growing our retail footprint, and improving partner performance across the region. This is a hands-on role combining market analysis, relationship management, and commercial strategy to accelerate revenue, enhance customer outcomes, and strengthen local retailer partnerships.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Building a comprehensive understanding of the Eastern England region, including local consumer behaviour, competitor activity and retail market dynamics
- Identifying, engaging and onboarding new retail partners, including independent and multiple-store retailers
- Managing a portfolio of retailer partners to drive revenue growth through merchandising, promotions, operational improvements and targeted campaigns
- Collaborating with Marketing and Product to design and implement regional initiatives that increase orders, basket size and repeat purchase
- Analysing store and regional performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans that deliver measurable growth
- Providing operational support and resolving escalations in partnership with Retail Operations and Technical Support
- Maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with retailer stakeholders and representing Snappy at local industry or community events
- Reporting on regional KPIs and feeding insights into national growth strategy and product improvements
This is a varied, high-impact role for someone who is commercially minded, comfortable with data and systems, and enjoys building partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll be/have:
- Proven experience in commercial, field-based sales or account management, ideally in retail, grocery, or convenience sectors
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage partners at multiple levels
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into practical, actionable growth strategies
- Experience managing KPIs and other business metrics, with confidence to have constructive and challenging conversations
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage regional travel schedules and competing stakeholder priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with retailer merchandising platforms, promotional activity, or commercial trading is desirable
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, or equivalent means to travel across the region
