Full Job Description
As a key finance business partner, you'll work closely with Practice Owners, Regional Directors and Commercial teams to drive performance and enable growth. Balancing regional support with strategic projects, you'll help shape business plans, model expansion and succession opportunities, and support new practice openings. The role offers hybrid working (two office days per week) from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire. What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the primary finance contact for Practice Owners, Operations and Commercial teams
- Providing insightful analysis of practice performance and risk-identified practices
- Supporting business planning for new and existing practices, extensions and ownership changes
- Playing a central role in budgeting, cashflow, capex and dividend processes
- Overseeing practice valuations and working with external advisors
- Leading continuous improvement of financial models, templates and processes
- Line managing and developing a high-performing finance team member
Strong commercial finance background, with advanced Excel skills - Proven business partnering capability and the confidence to challenge constructively
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in forecasting, financial analysis and managing multiple priorities
- Line management experience and financial modelling exposure (desirable)
- Experience in a franchise, practice owner or similarly fast-paced environment (desirable)
