Regional Facilities Manager

We are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to support and lead the regional operational Total Facilities Management (TFM) delivery within the Defra account. This role is responsible for delivering a first-class integrated facilities service, ensuring operational excellence across both hard and soft FM services in line with contractual standards and SLAs., We are looking for an experienced facilities professional who will act as a key contract representative to the customer, managing client relationships, leading the regional integrated facilities team, and driving continuous improvement, compliance, service resilience and value for money. The role is accountable to a Key Account Manager and holds full responsibility for regional service delivery and performance.,

• Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across the regional Defra portfolio, ensuring all services meet required standards and SLAs
• Manage planned, reactive and statutory maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and assets
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Defra stakeholders and act as the primary regional point of contact
• Provide effective leadership, management and development of the regional integrated facilities service team
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, embedding a strong safety culture across all services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation, including maintenance records, H&S documentation and safe systems of work
• Own and deliver contract budgets, financial targets and SLAs, ensuring commercially responsible service delivery
• Drive continuous improvement, service resilience and value-for-money initiatives across the regional operation
  
  Management experience delivering integrated facilities services within a Government or similar environment
• Proven leadership and organisational skills with the ability to drive operational strategy and development plans
• Relevant facilities management qualifications
• Experience managing technical infrastructure, assets and engineering systems
• Experience delivering and managing soft facilities services
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards
• Effective stakeholder management and client relationship skills
• Service-driven, customer-focused approach with a strong commercial mindset
