Regional Director - North East and Yorkshire

The Regional Director role at Avery Healthcare is a significant leadership opportunity focused on delivering exceptional care and operational excellence across a portfolio of homes. Reporting to the Operations Director, the role involves strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure outstanding resident care and strong commercial performance. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and support to Home Managers, driving quality, compliance, and profitability, conducting home visits, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Candidates should have experience in regional or multi-site operational leadership within the care home sector, strong knowledge of CQC regulations, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills. The role requires a satisfactory DBS check, eligibility to work in the UK, a driving licence, and occasional travel and overnight stays.
