Regional Director - London and Surrey Area

leadership opportunity for a commercially focused and people-centred leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence across a portfolio of homes., As the Regional Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across care homes, ensuring outstanding resident care, strong commercial performance, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with Home Managers and central support teams to create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence. Key responsibilities include providing leadership, coaching and support to Home Managers, driving quality, compliance, occupancy, profitability and operational performance, conducting regular home visits, audits and performance reviews, communication with key stakeholders, and supporting homes through operational challenges. Strong financial acumen and communication skills are essential.
