The responsibility includes managing and guiding a team to provide nutritionally balanced and high-quality meals for residents. In addition, the chef will prepare varied and appetizing menus, taking into account special dietary needs. The role necessitates placing food orders, maintaining stock, supervising kitchen and Host team staff, and understanding food safety systems to ensure high hygiene standards in food preparation. Travel to various homes in the region is required, and adherence to budget limits is crucial.
