ABOUT THE ROLE As the Regional Ban, We are currently seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Regional Bank Chef supporting our homes across the Kent Region. In this role, your primary responsibility will be supporting the daily operations of the culinary department. You will manage and guide a culinary team dedicated to providing nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality meals that enhance the overall well-being of the residents while staying within budget. The role will involve travelling to various homes across the region. Responsibilities include preparing nutritionally balanced menu plans, placing food orders with approved suppliers, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring all food preparation adheres to the highest standards of hygiene. Successful candidates will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all they do. Experience in managing a busy kitchen, knowledge of health and safety, and relevant qualifications are
essential.
