You will manage and guide a culinary team dedicated to providing nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality meals that enhance the overall well-being of the residents while staying within budget., As a Regional Bank Chef at Avery Healthcare, you will primarily support the daily operations of the culinary department across different locations within the Hertfordshire region. Your responsibilities will include preparing nutritionally balanced menu plans, managing stock and placing food orders, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This role requires a minimum of 5 years' culinary experience, experience managing a busy kitchen, and knowledge of food safety legislation. The position demands strong leadership abilities and excellent teamwork skills.
