Full Job Description

GELS plays an important role in supporting the care sector in Gloucestershire. We are responsible for the refurbishment, distribution, delivery, collection and maintenance of equipment to support people being discharged from hospital and to help people to remain independent in their own home. The service is delivered on behalf of Gloucestershire County Council and One Gloucestershire.,

  • Supporting the Warehouse team to deliver an efficient and effective service
  • Moving equipment through the warehouse process
  • Allocating workflow and producing workflow documents
  • Undertaking stock takes
  • Operating machinery such as wash plant, steam cleaner and power tools

    The ideal candidate will have worked in a production or warehouse environment and have experience of these processes and procedures.
