Full Job Description
the Service Manager, this role is responsible for service and Maintenance requirements on commercial refrigerated appliances including but not limited to walk in fridges and freezers., Any other duties as required and within the skill set of this role.
Must be fully conversant with all aspects of planned preventative maintenance, reactive works, including an experienced background in the refrigeration industry.

A qualification in Fgas or safe handling of refrigerants qualification (ie City and Guilds#####9) is a pre-requisite.
·
Possess certificates in hydrocarbons (i.e. City and Guild#####87-31) preferable.
·
Competent in Electrical diagnosis and fault finding.
·
Must possess a UK driving licence and be flexible and able to travel, stay overnight and work weekends where required and in line with business needs.

Be enthusiastic, analytical and possess a methodical approach towards your work.

Attention to detail and quality is paramount, with a continuous improvement mind-set.

Must possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
