Refrigeration Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You'll be working across foodservice, hospitality, and food & drinks retail, maintaining and repairing a wide range of chilled and frozen display and storage assets for a diverse portfolio of blue-chip clients. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys variety and working with high-quality commercial equipment. Please note to be considered for this position, you must live in a postcode that begins with LE, DE & NG.

Key Responsibilities

-Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems

-Diagnose faults and carry out effective breakdown repairs

-Ensure all work meets industry regulations and internal safety standards

-Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding work completed and recommendations

-Maintain accurate records and documentation

-Participate in an on-call rota as required

Candidates must hold a current, valid F-Gas Certificate (Applicants without this will not be considered).

-The ideal applicant will possess 10 years'+ experience working in the commercial refrigeration sector, specifically within restaurants and hospitality environments.

-Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems in the foodservice/retails sector.

-Professional, reliable, and capable of high performance, even during peak summer periods.

-Full UK driving licence
