We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support the timely and accurate processing of patient referrals to secondary care and external providers. If you are organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting patient pathways, we would love to hear from you., This is a varied administration role focused on managing referrals across the division. You will ensure referrals are processed accurately and within required timescales, based on clinical priority., This role requires a proactive, adaptable approach. You will work as part of a wider team to ensure referrals are completed efficiently and to a high standard., In this role, you will develop strong administrative skills and a detailed understanding of referral pathways, contributing to improved processes and patient outcomes across the organisation. You will work in line with our CARE values, supporting both patient and staff experience.

You will use referral systems and portals confidently, manage workloads effectively, and prioritise urgent requests. The role requires strong communication, diary management, IT, and organisational skills, along with the ability to work flexibly across sites when required.
