About the Employer
- Join our team as an Early Years Educator Apprentice and gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification. You will support children's learning and development, help create a safe and stimulating environment, and work alongside experienced childcare professionals. What You'll Do
- Support children's learning and development through play-based activities and planned experiences.
- Promote children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
- Help plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Build warm, caring, and professional relationships with children and their families.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements.
- Support children with their personal care needs, including toileting, handwashing, and mealtimes.
- Ensure children's health, safety, and wellbeing are maintained at all times.
