With £250,000 being invested to create an exceptional sports-led experience, our Grandstand pubs are built for people who live and breathe live sport.

Featuring huge screens, top-tier entertainment, great food and drink, and an unbeatable atmosphere, we don't just show sport, we live it. From matchdays to live music and major sporting occasions, Grandstand pubs bring local communities and fans together, creating the perfect environment for your next partnership opportunity.

The Red Lion is a thriving community pub located in the heart of Brimington, on the outskirts of Chesterfield.

Currently trading at an average of £7800 per week, The Red Lion boasts a strong reputation and delights guests with live sports and weekend entertainment as well as a popular function room that provides additional revenue opportunities and attracts a wide range of customers.

Externally, the pub benefits from a beer garden with heated marquee, significantly increasing capacity and allowing the venue to trade successfully throughout the year.

The planned refurbishment in mid-October will see The Red Lion transition to the Grandstand format, creating a premium sports viewing experience for customers. This investment will enhance the pub's appeal as the go-to sports venue in the area, complemented by a focused food offering featuring a small quality menu designed to drive additional sales and customer engagement.

What's in it for you?

22% share of weekly sales excluding VAT, plus a guaranteed annual retained sum of £25,000 released weekly. Low ingoing costs start with a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. Separate owner's accommodation is included, with most bills covered except council tax and TV Licence.
