• Draft and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with Compass Lexecon's positioning. Support employer branding efforts aimed at attracting high-calibre billable and non-billable talent. Alongside the other Recruitment Adviser, manage the recruitment inbox, responding to candidate and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate and schedule interviews and recruitment events, ensuring an efficient recruitment process. Support the other Recruitment Advisor with their responsibilities according to varying capacities within the team. Provide broader support across the HR and Learning & Development teams, contributing to team initiatives and wider people activities across the region.Experience Required: Experience supporting lateral recruitment activity across multiple locations and stakeholder groups within a professional services environment.   recruitment analytics, or talent data. Experience building and maintaining reporting models and analysing data trends. Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR platforms, preferably Workday. Experience using AI tools (CoPilot, Claude, Lama and Chat GPT) and working with data in Power BI and Excel would be advantageous.Skills and Competencies Required: Excellent team skills.
