This forward thinking recruiter is looking for a resource who can build natural relationships with candidates as well as have the work ethic and ability to continue to find top talent for their clients. Ideally you'll have a background in education recruitment with a track record as a consultant or resourcer. However, if you don't have sector knowledge but do have experience as a candidate manager or resourcer then you may be considered as well.

The company are looking to bring on a senior resourcer full time to solely focus on finding teachers and support staff for long term and permanent jobs.
