Position Summary The Recruitment Sourcer plays a vital role in supporting global shipboard hiring by using creative sourcing techniques and building strong, proactive talent pipelines. This role is all about finding and attracting great people for shipboard roles, focusing on skilled trade professionals i.e electricians, plumbers, mechanics, maintenance and Engineers. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to keep a steady flow of talent, and share ideas to strengthen talent pipelinesBuild relationships with universities, industry bodies, and government organisations to support talent attraction (career fairs, job fairs, employment portals, etc.)Keep up to date with hiring trends, labour markets, and competitor activity, and share insights to help improve how we recruit Candidate Experience & Employer BrandHelp create a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication and support throughout the hiring journeyRepresents the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and professional networking opportunities Data Management & Performance AnalyticsMaintains accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensures proper documentation of all recruitment activitiesMonitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational business goals are consistently met Experience / SkillsMinimum of 2 years' experience sourcing candidates in a high-volume recruitment
environment (global experience is a plus)Experience recruiting for skilled trade professionals i.e electricians, plumbers, mechanics, maintenance etc. and/or Engineers i.e electrical, mechanical & technicalA solid understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and building proactive talent pools, with the curiosity and creativity to find great people - even for those hard-to-fill rolesExperience sourcing within the marine, cruising, engineering or medical sectors preferredAbility to analyze recruitment data, generate reports, and track what's workingA strong communicator who enjoys working with others and building relationshipsComfortable working in a fast-moving, multicultural environment where priorities can changeExperience with ATS platforms, job boards, and social media, along with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) We know there's a lot to consider.
