The RoleYou'll spend your time:Identifying senior commercial talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and market researchBuilding relationships with Director, VP and C-Level candidatesProducing market maps and competitor analysisSupporting retained executive search assignmentsGathering market intelligence on hiring activity, leadership moves and industry trendsWorking closely with our consultants to deliver exceptional shortlists

This role is ideal for someone from a Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing or Delivery background who enjoys research, networking and relationship building without the pressure of business development., This is a proactive research-led role. You won't be expected to cold sell clients or generate business.
We're Looking For Someone Who HasPrevious recruitment, Talent Acquisition or candidate sourcing experienceStrong LinkedIn Recruiter and research skillsEnjoys building long-term relationshipsExcellent communication skillsHighly organised and naturally curiousComfortable speaking with senior professionals
Experience within energy, technology or SaaS recruitment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
