Full Job Description
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and recruitment needs
- Delivering proactive sourcing strategies through job boards, LinkedIn, social media and talent mapping
- Providing expert advice on attraction, selection and recruitment best practice
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Driving an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Monitoring recruitment performance and analysing hiring data to identify trends and opportunities
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns across multiple brands
Are you a recruiter who thrives on building relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences?, Previous experience in an in-house or agency recruitment environment - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Confidence using sourcing tools, databases and social media platforms
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, commercially focused approach with a passion for finding great talent
