Recruitment Operations Work Placement Student

As a Recruitment Operations Work Placement Student, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Academy Recruitment Team, working across the Academy, Pre-Academy, and Assessment Centres while gaining hands-on experience within a professional football club.
This placement MUST form part of the overall degree programme for you to be considered. Do not apply if your placement is optional for your degree.
What will you be doing?
You will support the daily operational and administrative tasks of the department, including but not restricted to;
Helping organise and run regular recruitment events and centres.
Assisting in liaison with trialists and their families, ensuring a good trial experience.
Gathering activity data from local recruitment, including becoming a champion of our new academy scout operating app.
Generally supporting the work of a busy local academy recruitment team.
