- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job postings to final selection ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Oversee the onboarding of new hires fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.
- Work closely with department heads to understand recruiting needs and align them with company goals.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate records of candidate progress.
- Promote job openings through various channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment and onboarding processes.
