Recruitment Officer - Band 3

We are seeking Recruitment Officer to join the recruitment department within the People Directorate based at Kendray Hospital, Barnsley.

If you are passionate about the people business, improving the experiences of recruitment, and would like to be part of something special, then we would love to hear from you., As a Recruitment Officer you will be involved in recruitment end-2-end for a variety of NHS staff groups across our regional footprint.

You will enjoy working with people and process - developing relationship with a diverse range of stakeholders, and supporting recruiting managers with recruitment processes are key tasks of the role.

As an effective communicator youll have a desire to make a difference, putting a focus on candidate experience and inclusive delivery.

You will be joining busy team and therefore be comfortable managing multiple tasks and workload demands. You will work alongside the Recruitment Team Leader and Recruitment Officers to carry out activities of a recruitment caseload which includes placing adverts, and liaising with prospective new starters through the process.
