Recruitment Officer

Based at our Central Office in Swindon, this is an on-site role where you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, with a particular focus on vetting and onboarding activities, alongside general recruitment administration. You will work closely with colleagues across the Trust, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting our commitment to safer recruitment practices.

• Has experience working in a recruitment or HR administration role.
• Has experience of administration, coordination and maintaining accurate records.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Has strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Builds positive working relationships and communicates professionally with a range of stakeholders.
• Is reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Holds a minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Mathematics (or equivalent qualifications).
